About CompareStack
Last updated: August 2026
CompareStack publishes honest, side-by-side comparisons of software and online services. Our goal is to help you pick the right tool — not the tool that pays us the most.
How we pick the verdict
Each comparison is built from publicly available information: vendor pricing pages, documentation, and changelogs. The verdict names the option we would pick for the named use case, based on the constraints listed in the article body.
We do not accept payment to alter verdicts. If a comparison favors the higher-priced option, the article body explains why — usually because the cheaper option lacks a capability the buyer actually needs. When the cheaper option is genuinely the better pick for the named use case, we say so.
Affiliate disclosure
Where we have not yet been approved into a vendor's affiliate program, we link to the vendor's homepage with a plain (non-affiliate) link. The affiliate disclosure still appears on the page because we may earn from other links on the same page.
How the content is produced
Comparison drafts are produced with assistance from language models trained on publicly available information. Every comparison is reviewed by a human before publication. If you spot an error, please reach out.
Pricing and feature accuracy
Pricing and feature availability change frequently. The publish date appears at the top of each comparison. Always confirm the current price on the vendor's website before purchasing.
